Order Information
We are not a large, impersonal website company interested in pushing out thousands of templates to customers that are not 100% satisfied. Since you are given personal attention with each order, template orders are scheduled by appointment only. We can often have your site programmed and ready for use in less than 24 hours.

Please note that The Template Place shares an office and phone system with Wholesale Supplies Plus. If you are calling about a website please ask for Debbie May.
Payment Information
Payment is in full for the coming month. Billing will automatically occur on the 1st day of each month by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. In case of payment decline, a 5 day grace period will be given before the website is turned off. You will be required to review and agree to our user agreement prior to creating a website.
No Contracts
We feel that our website templates are the best in the business. We only want to provide you with a quality template that is useful to you. Therefore, we do not make you sign a contract. Set-up fees are one time only fees and non-refundable. Monthly payment fees are due on the 1st of each month. If you choose to close your website in the middle of a month, refunds will be pro-rated on the remaining days in the month.
Processing Fees
As long as your business meets our user agreement, we feel the business you do on your website is your business. We do not charge you processing, transaction and/or order fees.
Website Hosting & Additional Charges
All of our templates include website hosting. The only thing you will need to purchase is your domain name. We like to refer to Go Daddy or Network Solutions for domain name registration. They are the best in the business. Domain name registration can be as low as $10/year.
